We use a psychological framework to foster anti-racist workspaces. We do this by facilitating anti-racist and anti-colonial trainings and workshops for those that are invested in meaningful social justice change. The goals of our trainings and workshops are to increase knowledge, self-awareness, relationship building, and action-oriented outcomes. And as a result, dismantle White supremacy by decreasing instances of discrimination and increasing individuals’ and organizations’ self-reflective capacity, communication, and desire for a more socially just work environment.
