Working with F.A.C.E. Race means engaging in deep self-reflection, fostering authentic communication, and taking actionable steps toward creating inclusive and equitable work environments.
From Transactional to Transformational
Founded in 2020 by two Counseling Psychologists, FACE Race Consulting helps leaders, teams, and organizations strengthen relationships and lead more effectively across lines of race, culture, and power.
Born out of a national reckoning with systemic racism following the murders of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Breonna Taylor, our work began with anti-racist training and has grown into a comprehensive approach to relational leadership development.
We believe that sustainable organizational change begins with how people show up in relationships. How they communicate, repair trust, hold accountability, and lead through tension.
Grounded in a psychological framework, we bring deep expertise in de-escalation, communication, emotion regulation, empathy building, and systems change. Our services help leaders translate insight into action through:
Relational Leadership Coaching (individual, co-CEO, and team-based)
Conflict Resolution & Restorative Healing
Retreat Facilitation
Professional Learning Groups for mental health and health care professionals
We’ve partnered with leaders and teams across hospitals, universities, K-12 schools, corporations, and small to mid-size consulting firms to help them repair relationships, navigate conflict, and build more inclusive, human-centered cultures.
FACE Race stands for Fostering Anti-racism and Conversations on Equity and Race.
Partner with us to cultivate the relationships, open communication, and courageous leadership needed to turn equity from an idea into everyday practice.
