As a result, we help reduce discrimination, increase awareness of racial inequity, foster authentic communication, and drive the development of a more socially just work environment.

How to Begin

1 - Book a Free Consultation:

Schedule a 30-minute meeting to discuss your needs and goals. It’s ok if you’re still figuring it out, we can talk through it together!

2 - Receive a Proposal:

We’ll create a tailored proposal based on our conversation and welcome your feedback to ensure we meet your needs.

3 - Schedule Services:

Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll begin scheduling the delivery of services.
