Organizations are a good fit when leaders are open to learning, being reflective, and care about the quality of their workplace relationships. We partner best with organizations that are willing to look at how culture, power, and relationships shape their work and who want to approach that exploration with care and intention.
Our work is especially helpful for organizations seeking support to:
Strengthen leadership and collaboration
Navigate conflict
Engage with race and equity work with care, depth, accountability, and humanity rather than quick fixes

We work with CEOs and leaders in small to mid-sized organizations. Our clients include executive teams, departments, and smaller teams embedded within healthcare systems, universities, and professional services firms. We tailor our approach based on size, structure, and context rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

Yes. We offer both virtual and in-person consulting, depending on the needs of the organization and the scope of the work. Many of our coaching, facilitated dialogues, and consultation sessions are delivered virtually, while retreats, team interventions, and select engagements are often held in person.
-
We first schedule a 30-minute consultation where we get to know you, your organization/company, and the concern or problem you’re dealing with. We discuss how we can help and if what we say sounds good to you, we follow up with a written proposal.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before contacting us. We’ll ask the right questions to help facilitate the conversation.

We approach race-related conflict with care, accountability, and a strong focus on relationships. As psychologists, we take time to understand the broader context, group dynamics, power dynamics, and the emotional experiences people are bringing into the room before intervening.
Our work focuses on naming harm, repairing trust, and helping individuals and teams build the skills needed to engage race and power more thoughtfully moving forward.
